For me the Sierra/Victor romance thing was a bit creepy. I saw it as children playing at grown ups with no idea of the consequences. Now I'm back tracking majorly. The fact that the connection goes back to when Pyria at least was un-dolled (hmm, new word) and continued aftershe had been put back makes it go so much deeper. And puts it more into the pure love than creepy and childlike. I may have to re-watch some old eps with this new idea methinks.

I think the fact that this ep in which Echo played no role shows how amazing Dollhouse's supporting cast is. I am a fan of Eliza, but I think that her absence in this episode was a good thing. And this is by far my faveourite Dollhouse ep. Finally we are able to explore just where that line lies for most of our characters. Adelle in particular really warmed for me. She may have some strange sence of morality, but she does have one, although not one she was willing to risk her job for. Although whether that is because she feels she must care for the rest of her dolls or simply to keep the power we will have to wait for.

Topher... I'm still not sure. I love him as a character. But theres something not quite right there. I really hope they have something held over him that makes him act the way he does, otherwise he's just plain scary. But given what Adelle had to say it seems that maybe he really is just there becuase he wants to be. Becuase he lacks any morality. Because he wants to play with his toys. I'm really intigued as to what his story is. Is he just a highly intelligent above everyoneelse geek, or is there something else there? If there wasn't is there now? The fact that he put Pyria back shows an enormous step from previously, although not a tremendous amount of foresight. And he thought for himself. Which with all his intellegence it doesn't seem like he does to often...

Priya chosing to be a doll again also seemed to me like an odd choice. I'd definatly want to be as far away from that place as possible. I'm glad she did becuase I love Dichen and would be sad to lose her, but it seems a little odd to me. It would be interesting however to see whether this new resolution changes Sierra in anyway. And if they do return Pyria to her body without the memory of waking and killing him surely shes just going to want to do it again?? Or have hell of a lot of questions... espcially as she would then have no recollection of giving consent, so does that have the same effect of her never giving it in the first place?

By far my faveourite dollhouse ep. It explored the charactrers, went deeper than the normal 'persona of the week' and let us see some of Rossums higher ups. Amazing!

nice review :)

it sort of IS creepy about Victor when you know that he was on active duty when he met Sierra - all part of the plan... but i guess he did break his mission... so... hmm... i can't decide; creepy or cute... probably both!

i liked the episode a helluva lot - but i wouldn't say it was better than the other great episodes we've had like Man in the Street or Epitaph One or Omega or Belle Chose or... see where i'm going with this? Dolhouse freakin' rocks! LOL!:))
